We inspect all pressure cookers before we ship them to you.
Refunds
For a full refund of your purchase, you can return the pressure cooker back to us postmarked within 10 calender days after you have received it. The returned pressure cooker must be unused and undamaged and include everything originally shipped with it, such as, but not exclusively, the steamer basket, trivet, recipe book and instruction manual. In addition, the packaging must be returned undamaged.
A return authorization from us is required before you return an item. E-mail us with the reason for the return in order to obtain the authorization.
Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order. You may wish to purchase shipping insurance for the return shipment. If the product is damaged during the return shipment of your order, we will deduct any repair or replacement cost from the original purchase price. The amount we refund to you will be the difference between the original purchase price and the repair or replacement cost.
Goods damaged during shipment to you
If you receive goods that have been damaged during shipment to you, you can return the goods for repair or replacement. Whether goods are repaired or replaced is at our discretion. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly refund you the cost of shipping up to Canada Post's Consumer Regular Parcel rate with Delivery Confirmation. We will determine the rate from Canada Post's website using the shipping weight and dimensions used to calculated the original shipping rate to you.
